Brewing Guide

Hot Brew (For a delicate floral aroma):

Water Temperature: 212°F (100°C)

Time: 3–5 minutes

Recommendation: For a more robust and flavorful floral profile, we recommend an extended steep of 8–10 minutes to fully release the honey-like notes of the osmanthus.

Cold Brew (For a refreshing, crisp infusion):

Water: 600ml / 20 oz Room Temperature Water

Process: Cover and Refrigerate

Time: 10 hours

Pairing Suggestions

"A moment of midday mindfulness or a post-dinner digestive."

"Pairs wonderfully with traditional mung bean cakes, light honey-based desserts, or fresh pears."

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Bright chrysanthemum, sweet honeyed osmanthus, autumnal air.

Body: Light, silky, and naturally sweet.

Finish: Refreshing, clean, and elegantly floral.
