Shipping Policy

At DAE, we believe the ritual of tea begins the moment you place your order. We take great care in packaging our premium Taiwanese oolongs to ensure they arrive in perfect condition for your "slow down" moment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Domestic (US): We offer Free Shipping on orders over $50 USD. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout.

  • International: We currently ship to the UK, Canada, Japan, France, and the Netherlands. Free shipping is available for international orders over $50 USD / £50 GBP.

    Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to hand-pack and prepare your order. During peak ritual seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please note that DAE is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are typically collected at the time of delivery.

Tracking Your Journey

Once your tea has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey from our hands to yours.

Damages & Issues

While we strive for perfection, we know things can happen during transit. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your items arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong product, contact us at kimberly@daelicious.com within 48 hours so we can make it right.
