DAE Teaの1000M烏龍茶は、雲の上で育まれた日々の儀式となるお茶です。海抜1,000メートル（3,280フィート）を超える高地で栽培された茶葉から収穫される台湾高山烏龍茶で、涼しい山の空気、絶え間ない霧、ミネラル豊富な土壌が一体となって、本当に特別なものを生み出しています。なめらかで自然な甘みがあり、苦味は一切ありません。
高山烏龍茶は、低地で栽培されるお茶とは全く異なります。標高1,000メートルでは気温が大幅に下がり、茶の木はゆっくりと成長します。このゆっくりとした成長が、他との違いを生み出します。茶葉は、複雑なアロマオイルと天然の糖分を時間をかけて生成し、急ぐことのできない方法で風味を凝縮します。その結果、まろやかで鮮やか、そして非常に満足感のある一杯となり、多くの方がお茶を敬遠する原因となる苦味は全くありません。

淹れ方ガイド
ホットブリュー — 毎日の習慣に
- 水温：212°F / 100°C（沸騰したお湯）
- 浸出時間：軽めがお好みなら2～3分、深みを出したい場合は5分まで
- 再浸出：各ティーバッグは2～3回浸出できます。2回目の浸出が最もなめらかな味わいになることが多いです。
コールドブリュー — 爽やかでなめらか
- ティーバッグ2個を常温のろ過水600ml / 20オンスに入れます。
- 蓋をして、一晩（8～10時間）冷蔵庫で冷やします。
- コールドブリューは、格別にクリアな甘みを引き出します。暖かい日には氷を入れて飲むのに最適です。

I've been looking for a high mountain oolong tea for years and this is it. The 1000M Oolong is incredibly smooth — absolutely zero bitterness, which was always my problem with cheaper oolongs. The floral aroma when you open the bag is beautiful. I've completely replaced my morning coffee with this and honestly don't miss it at all. The full leaf tea bags are so much better than the dusty stuff in regular bags. Will be ordering again.
My family is from Taiwan and I grew up drinking high mountain oolong tea — it's so hard to find the real thing in the US. DAE Tea's 1000M is the closest I've found to what we used to drink at home. Smooth, naturally sweet, with that delicate floral finish. The plastic-free tea bags are a nice touch too. Ordered the 15-bag pack and already thinking about my next order.
I was looking for a caffeine alternative to coffee that wouldn't give me the jitters and this is exactly it. The 1000M Oolong gives me a gentle energy boost without any anxiety — I think it's the L-theanine. The taste is smooth and slightly sweet with a really lovely floral note. I brew it at 100°C for 3 minutes and it's perfect every time. My new morning ritual.
I'd never tried Taiwanese oolong tea before and wasn't sure where to start. The 1000M Oolong was recommended as a good starting point and it really is. It's smooth and approachable — not too strong, not too light. I cold brewed it overnight and it made the most refreshing iced tea I've ever had. Genuinely couldn't believe how naturally sweet it was with no added sugar.
Really nice high mountain oolong. Smooth, fragrant, and easy to brew. I've been re-steeping each bag twice which makes it great value. The second steep is actually even silkier than the first. My only note is I wish there were more bags in the pack — I go through them quickly! Definitely ordering the subscription next time.
